- 1 heaping cup frozen sweet cherries
- 1 large soft pitted Medjool date
Nut Butters and Extracts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract
Grains
- 2 tbsp old fashioned oats

- Blend until smooth: Blend all ingredients thoroughly using a high-speed blender like a Nutribullet until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Optionally, add a handful of spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition and blend again.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Top and enjoy: Garnish with granola for a crunchy texture and enhanced cherry pie flavor. Serve immediately for the best taste.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes or reduce milk slightly.
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice such as oat, soy, or cow’s milk.
- Add a handful of spinach or scoop of protein powder for added nutrients without altering the flavor much.
- Granola topping is optional but adds great crunch and enhances the cherry pie experience.
- Medjool dates add natural sweetness, so adjust quantity to taste if you prefer it less sweet.
