Description

Whipped Pink Lemonade is a creamy, refreshing twist on the classic lemonade, combining tangy lemonade with smooth whipped cream for a dreamy, citrusy treat.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups lemonade (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup pink lemonade concentrate

12 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (optional)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a separate pitcher, mix the lemonade, pink lemonade concentrate, and lemon juice (if using) until well combined.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade mixture into each, leaving space at the top.
  4. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the lemonade in each glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
