Whipped Pink Lemonade is a creamy, refreshing twist on the classic lemonade, combining tangy lemonade with smooth whipped cream for a dreamy, citrusy treat.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pink lemonade concentrate
1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate pitcher, mix the lemonade, pink lemonade concentrate, and lemon juice (if using) until well combined.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade mixture into each, leaving space at the top.
- Spoon or pipe the whipped cream on top of the lemonade in each glass.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as is or stir to combine the layers.
Notes
Use more pink lemonade concentrate or a drop of red food coloring for a bolder pink hue.
