1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Optional: jalapeño slices, vegan sour cream, lime wedges


Instructions
