Ingredients
2 cups cold brew coffee
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cold brew coffee, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture until it is fully combined and the sweetened condensed milk is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace the heavy cream with coconut cream and the sweetened condensed milk with a dairy-free version or maple syrup.
Add more sweetened condensed milk or honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder for a spiced or chocolatey flavor twist.
For mocha popsicles, mix in a little chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or covered molds.
