Description

A cozy, sweet, and nutty coffee drink blending vanilla, almond, creamy milk, and bold espresso for a winter-inspired café treat at home.

Ingredients

2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

1/2 tablespoon almond syrup

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

White chocolate shavings or powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew two shots of espresso or prepare strong coffee.
  2. Heat and froth milk in a small saucepan or with a milk frother until hot and slightly foamy.
  3. Stir vanilla syrup and almond syrup into the coffee.
  4. Pour frothed milk over the coffee mixture.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with white chocolate shavings or powdered sugar if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Makes 1 serving.

Variations: use oat milk for a creamier plant-based version, add cinnamon or nutmeg for spice, drizzle white chocolate sauce inside the mug, or serve over ice.

Best enjoyed fresh; can be refrigerated up to 24 hours and reheated gently, frothing again if possible.

Strong brewed coffee can be substituted for espresso.

Homemade syrups can be made with sugar, water, and extracts if flavored syrups aren’t available.
