Description

This Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie is a tropical, creamy blend of sweet strawberries and tangy pineapple. It’s refreshing, naturally sweet, and ideal for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or sunny-day treat.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or plant-based)

1/2 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut water (adjust for desired thickness)

12 tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional, to taste)

Optional: 1/2 banana, handful of ice (if using fresh fruit)

Optional add-ins: 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries and pineapple to a blender. If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice.
  2. Pour in yogurt and milk (or coconut water) to mostly cover the fruit.
  3. Add sweetener if needed and optional banana or add-ins.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and frothy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust consistency with more liquid or sweetness as desired.
  6. Pour into a glass, garnish with fruit if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fully frozen fruit for a thicker, colder smoothie without added ice.

Add banana for extra creaminess and natural sweetness.

Swap yogurt with silken tofu or vegan protein for plant-based protein boost.

Blend in spinach or kale for a nutrient-packed green smoothie.

Top with shredded coconut or seeds for extra texture.
