Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken tenderloins.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenderloins in a single layer.
- Sear the chicken tenderloins for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown on the outside.
