- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) to prepare for baking the crisps.
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, shredded Parmesan cheese, and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of seasoning.
- Form Crisps: Using a heaping tablespoon, place portions of the mixture onto a silicone mat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Press down each portion gently to form large, flat circles approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
