Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups whipped topping, divided
1 cup milk (for soaking cake layers)

- Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
