Ingredients
1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
2–3 tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)
Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or citrus zest for flavor
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello powder in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
- Pour mixture into a shallow dish and refrigerate until fully set, about 3–4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, cut Jello into small cubes and place in a chilled bowl.
- In another cold bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar (and vanilla/zest if using) until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold most of the whipped cream into the Jello cubes, reserving some for topping.
- Spoon into serving glasses or a bowl. Top with reserved whipped cream.
- Garnish with fruit, mint, or extra Jello cubes. Serve chilled.
