Description

Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bites combine the flavors of juicy cheeseburgers with the richness of garlic Parmesan butter, all wrapped up in soft, fluffy biscuit dough. These bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a party, game day, or a quick snack!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 6-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season the beef: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Stuff the biscuit dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter, on a flat surface.
  4. Assemble the bites: Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch them together to seal. Roll the filled biscuit into a ball and place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
  5. Make the garlic Parmesan butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Stir to combine.
  6. Bake the cheeseburger bites: Brush the garlic Parmesan butter over the tops of the cheeseburger bites, making sure they are generously coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven and let the bites cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispness.

Customize by adding bacon, pickles, or different types of cheese to the filling.
