Description

Creamy, frozen yogurt bars swirled with rich peanut butter and studded with crunchy peanut chunks—perfect for a refreshing, protein-packed snack or healthy treat.

Ingredients

2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (whole-milk for creamier texture)

½ cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoons chopped peanuts or peanut butter chips

Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed for texture

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the yogurt mixture into the pan. Warm peanut butter slightly and drizzle half over the yogurt. Swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  4. Spread the remaining yogurt mixture on top. Drizzle remaining peanut butter and swirl again.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts or peanut butter chips on top and press lightly.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out using parchment, slice into 12 bars using a hot knife, and serve.

Notes

Use almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter as a substitute.

Add melted dark chocolate or jam for extra flavor.

Make mini bars by cutting smaller portions or using a smaller pan.

To avoid freezer burn, wrap tightly and store in airtight container.

Thaw slightly before serving for softer texture.
