- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1-2 teaspoons honey
- Ice cubes

- Blend the Milk Mixture: In a blender or small food processor, combine 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam, 3/4 cup of your chosen milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, creating a creamy, flavorful base for your latte.
- Prepare the Matcha Mixture: In a small saucepan, whisk together 1/3 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, and 1-2 teaspoons of honey to your preferred sweetness. Warm this mixture over medium heat on the stovetop, stirring continuously until the honey dissolves completely and the matcha is well combined. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
