Description

Coconut Milk Brazilian Lemonade is a creamy and tangy tropical drink made by blending whole limes with coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for refreshing summer days or special occasions.


Ingredients

45 fresh limes

1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)

2 cups cold water

12 tablespoons sugar (optional)

Ice cubes

Lime slices for garnish (optional)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash the limes and cut them into quarters, removing any seeds if possible.
  2. In a blender, combine the limes, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Pour over ice cubes in glasses.
  5. Garnish with lime slices or mint leaves if desired.
