Ingredients
4–5 fresh limes
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
2 cups cold water
1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Ice cubes
Lime slices for garnish (optional)
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the limes and cut them into quarters, removing any seeds if possible.
- In a blender, combine the limes, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Pour over ice cubes in glasses.
- Garnish with lime slices or mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, citrusy flavor.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to taste by modifying the amount of condensed milk or sugar.
Straining is optional based on texture preference.
