2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or chives
Optional garnish: lemon wedges, extra herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Place salmon fillets on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, yogurt or sour cream (if using), lemon zest, and herbs until smooth.

Notes
Use thawed salmon and pat dry before baking for best texture.
Swap Boursin with herbed cream cheese or whipped feta if needed.
Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
Don’t overbake—check at 12 minutes for doneness.
Add panko or Parmesan before baking for a crunchy top.
